Description of Event

At the end of the year we will form a festival band which will play at the FVLHS band festival.  This is a judged festival.  We will combine this educational opportunity with a Christian fellowship. Plans are a trip to the Fox River Mall or attending a Timber Rattlers minor league baseball game.   Some of the reasons we attend a judged festival are listed:

-         It will give our program a chance to be critiqued and to use that experience to better our student’s education.

-         It gives our students a chance to hear other similar groups and critique them.

-         It will help our students learn the responsibility required of them to go on such a trip.

-         It will allow our students to get to better know each other and build the friendships they will have at KMLHS.
