= PERCUSSION ENSEMBLE CONCERT =

   The KML Percussion Ensemble will present a joint concert with students from Lakeside Lutheran High School at KML on Friday, April 18, at 7:30pm.

= AN EVENING OF “ITALIAN” JAZZ =

   Come see your entire jazz program in one concert and enjoy a spaghetti dinner at the same time on Saturday, April 19. Tickets for the meal are $7 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under. The dinner will be served from 5 - 6 pm and the music will start at 5:30. This event will be in the cafeteria at Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School. Tickets sold at the door.

= NEED AN IDEA FOR MOTHERS’ DAY OR FATHERS’ DAY? =

   Are you wondering what to get Mom and Dad for Mother's Day and Father's Day? It can be hard to find the perfect gift for Mom or Dad. What do they really need that they don't already have? They have given so much to you in time, love, and support, but how can you show that you are truly grateful? May we make a suggestion? Make a donation to KMLHS in their honor! Your parents will receive a special card acknowledging your tribute to them, and a list of all the gifts will be posted in the June Communique and Caring. Donations must be received at KML by May 1 so that we can include your parents in a special recognition in our publications. = JUNIOR PARENTS INFORMATION NIGHT =

   Attention parents of juniors.  The Student Services Department will conduct a junior parent information meeting on Tuesday, April 22, starting at 7:00 pm.  The purpose of the meeting is to give you information regarding such things as college applications, scholarships, financial aids, and so on.  If you plan to attend, please notify Mrs. Martin in the Student Services Center (262)677-4051 or dmartin@kmlhs.org .  The meeting will be held in the cafeteria.

= 2008-2009 DANCE TEAM ANNOUNCED =

   Congratulations to the following ladies who made the 2008-2009 KML Dance Team!

   The team also wishes to welcome Mrs. Micah Nelson to the coaching staff; Mrs. Nelson will be joining the KML faculty as a Spanish and English teacher next year.  Coach Micah Nelson will join Coach Krista Kuber as coaching staff for the 08-09 KML Dance Team.  The first event for the dance team will be a summer camp competition, which takes place the first week of August. Stay tuned to find out what great blessings will be in store for the team for the ’08-’09 season! Thanks to everyone who tried out for the team, we look forward to dancing for you in the future – Go Chargers!

= KETTLE MORAINE LUTHERAN ADULT CHORALE CONCERT =

   The Kettle Moraine Lutheran Chorale will present its spring concert on Monday, April 21, 7:00pm, at St. John's Lutheran Church, 623 Congress Dr., Newburg, WI. The theme of the song service is "Dear Christians, One and All, Rejoice!" A free-will offering will be taken to support the work of the Chorale. For further information contact the director, Carl S. = KML ALUMNI AND FRIENDS TAILGATE PARTY =

   Alumni and Friends! Get ready for a Brewer game and tailgate party!  It’s scheduled for the Monday, July 7, 7 o’clock game; we will be out on the Dew Deck in right field, a private area for our tailgate party!  Our all-you-can-eat meal includes four different entrees, salad, dessert, soft drinks and even two beers!  The food will be served between 5:30 and 8 pm.  We are limiting this to 50 people so mark your calendar now and respond by June 1.  Your $49 includes your ticket, all-you-can-eat meal and a great party area to watch the game.  If you have any questions, give Jean Hollmann (Brunner ‘79) a call at 920-988-2563.  See you there!  Please respond to Jean Hollmann at W3713 Glacier Dr.; Iron Ridge, Wisconsin 53035. Be sure to include your return address and the $49 so that the tickets can be mailed to you.
