=SEMESTER EXAMS =

   Semester exams are scheduled for December 18, 19, and 20. It is vitally important that the students prepare well for these tests. The exams have a significant impact on semester grades, and these grades remain as part of a student’s permanent records. So that students’ study time can be most effective, the exams are taken on half-days. The exam schedule is as follows:

* Tuesday, December 18: Periods 1, 2, and 3

(7:40 – 12:05; bus pick-up at 12:15)

* Wednesday, December 19: Periods 4, 5, and 6

(7:40 – 12:05; bus pick-up at 12:15)

* Thursday, December 20: Periods 7 and 8

(7:40 – 10:55; bus pick-up at 11:15)

(Please note the earlier ending time on Thursday)

Buses will run to and from school on each day of exams. Johnson Bus Company will drop students off only at Good Shepherd with no shuttles available. In the case of a snow day, Friday, December 21, will be used as the necessary extra day. If a snow day does occur, regardless of which day, we will follow the schedule above in that the first day of exams will be for periods 1 – 3, the second day of exams will be for periods 4 – 6, and the third day of exams will be for periods 7 and 8.
