Alumni vs Varsity Soccer

A
match between the Varsity Chargers and the alumni (classes of
1995 to 2006) took place on the varsity soccer field. More than half
of the alumni team had never played at the KML new soccer complex.
Fans very young and old cheered for both teams of Chargers. Alumnus
Andy Berger (class of 1998) got the first goal past the goalie, but
varsity player Josh Boeldt (senior) answered back to tie the score.
The third goal of the pleasant evening scored by Andy Berger led the
alumni to a victory.
After
the game alumni and their families had a tour of the school and both
teams were invited to dine on pizza and watermelon.
This
reporter hopes to see a rematch next year.
