COMMUNIQUE

January 1, 2017

Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School

12 Days of Christmas

We thank God for generous hearts which moved many people to help make our 12 Days of Christmas so successful for the Craig, Poehlman, and Weber families who are battling difficult situations. As of December 28, KML students raised $6,415 which includes a $500 action grant from Thrivent. Gifts sent directly to the school totaled $9,642 for a combined total of $16,057. Donations received through Coffeeville and additional donations received via our website through New Year’s Eve will be added to the above totals.

Call News

On December 19, the KML Board of Directors issued a half-time call to Mr. Joshua Lindner to teach at KML for the remainder of the school year. Mr. Lindner is a recent graduate of Martin Luther College, New Ulm, MN. Additionally, Mr. Lindner has been asked to coach and work in the Learning Center. He has accepted the call and will begin teaching at KML in January at the start of the second semester.

Mr. Joshua Schoeneck and Mr. Jonathan Laabs continue to deliberate their calls to Martin Luther College.

Please keep Mr. Schoeneck and Mr. Laabs in your prayers as they prayerfully consider where God would have them serve, and join us in praising the Lord that he has led Mr. Lindner to join the KML faculty.

I Can Accomplish Amazing Things Through Jesus!

Thank you! We have been blessed for three full years to multiply your auto-withdrawal gifts through the support of a very special donor who gave $500 to KML for every Builder account. We thank the Lord for your overwhelming support that allowed KML to meet our challenge to grow the Builders program to 450 Builders over the course of three years for an additional $15,000 gift!

  Builders

Through your prayers and generous support,
KML has met this challenge with a total of 468
