Kettle Moraine Lutheran Adult Chorale
About the Chorale
The Kettle Moraine Lutheran Adult Chorale is an adult choir affiliated with Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School. Members of the KML Adult Chorale come from WELS and ELS churches in the area, especially those that belong to the federation that supports Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School. WELS and ELS members who belong to churches outside the KML Federation are also invited to join the KML Adult Chorale.
The KML Adult Chorale performs two concerts annually: a Christmas concert in early December, and a spring concert in April. The choir also occasionally sings for other special services or events at nearby congregations in the KML Federation. Rehearsals take place on Sunday afternoons—starting at 4:00 PM in the fall/Christmas rehearsal season, and 3:00 PM in the winter/spring rehearsal season. The group rehearses in the choir practice room at Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School.
Members of WELS and ELS congregations in the area are invited to join the KML Adult Chorale. An audition is not required, but choir experience and singing ability are necessary to be a contributing member of the choir.
