Call News

Pastor Phillip Sievert has declined the call to serve at KML teaching Word of God 11 & 12 and coach and will continue his ministry at Grace Lutheran Church in Yorba Linda, CA. The KML General Board plans to issue another call for this position at its regular quarterly meeting on February 5, 2024.

Director of Operations

Due to the upcoming retirement of Mr. Jody Hansen, KML is looking to hire a Director of Operations. The Director of Operations has the important role of leading the fiscal and business affairs of KML and includes oversight of the maintenance of the facility. This individual is a member of the 1KML Leadership Team and is directly accountable to the President. The position is full-time with benefits. KML desires this person to start around April 2024. Gift Planning Officer

KML is looking to fill the position of Gift Planning Officer due to the upcoming retirement of Mr. Paul Snamiska. The Gift Planning Officer is responsible for supporting the KML Federation through deferred giving, estate planning, and alumni engagement. This individual is a member of the Mission Advancement Team and is directly accountable to the Director of Mission Advancement. The position is full-time with benefits. Study Hall/Commons Supervisor

KML is looking to fill the position of Study Hall/Commons Supervisor. Duties include monitoring students, maintaining an atmosphere conducive to study, issuing student passes as needed, collecting and entering lunch deposits, and depositing money with the fiscal office. Additionally, the person in this position will compile and disseminate school-wide morning announcements. This is a part-time seasonal position of approximately 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday – Friday, yearly from August through May (during the school year). Concessions

Work in KML’s concession stand during home games and tournaments. This entails simple food preparation, customer service, and clean up. The schedule involves nights and weekends. Blood Drive

KML’s chapter of the National Honor Society, together with Versiti Blood Centers, will hold a blood drive in the KML gymnasium on Wednesday, January 24, from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Sign up to donate at kmlhs.org/blood-drive.
