12 Days of Christmas at KML

Over twelve days in December, KML’s Student Council and National Honor Society work to collect money through student involvement to support families in need. Parents, federation members, alumni, friends, and the community are encouraged to donate as well.

This December, we are raising money to help the Guevin, Rodriguez, Scriver, and Wittig families.

For more information, visit www.kmlhs.org/12days.

Congratulations, Meyer Family!

Congratulations to Mrs. Becky Meyer, KML English instructor, and her husband, Eric, on the birth of their son, Paul Martin, on November 20! Because Paul arrived in time to celebrate Thanksgiving and didn’t wait until his New Year’s Day due date, he is currently in the NICU, growing bigger and doing great, even drinking from a bottle as he is able and breathing on his own. Please keep Paul and the Meyers in your prayers, asking that Paul can join his parents and siblings, Parker and Nora, at home soon.

Koiné Christmas Concert

KML excitedly welcomes Koiné to campus for a public Christmas concert on Sunday, December 13, at 4:00 PM! Sing along to the music of the holiday season as two-time WAMI Award winner, Koiné, presents an evening of their favorite Christmas songs. For over a decade, Koiné has delighted audiences throughout the world sharing their modern arrangements of traditional Christian hymns. Hear your favorite melodies from Koiné’s Christmas albums, Anno Domini and Emmanuel Lux, plus a few new surprise arrangements.

This concert is FREE to the public, but all guests must reserve their tickets at the following EventBrite Ticketing link (www.kmlhs.org/koine20). A free will offering will be collected to help support Koiné’s music ministry. Please note that seating is limited to 250 due to social distancing protocols, so reserve your seat soon before it’s sold out! Masks are required at indoor events. Doors will open at 3:30 PM. We hope to see you there!

12 Days of Christmas Coffee Fundraiser

KML is again partnering with Coffeeville Company to raise money for our 12 Days of Christmas fundraiser to support families in need. Funds raised this year will support the Guevin, Rodriguez, Scriver, and Wittig families.

For each $12 bag of premium 12 oz. coffee sold, Coffeeville is donating $3 back to the 12 Days of Christmas. Bags are sold with whole OR ground coffee beans and make great gifts for the coffee-lovers on your Christmas list!

Prizes will be awarded to KML students with the top number of sales. You may choose a KML student to receive credit for your order, if you wish, by naming them on the order form.

Place your order online today!

Order Deadline: December 8, 2020

Late orders cannot be honored.

Orders will be available for pick up in the KML PAC Lobby
December 17, 2020, from 2:45 – 4:00 PM.

If you are unable to pick up your order at this time and do not choose a KML student to deliver it to you (option on order form), please contact Pastor Randy Hughes (randy.hughes@kmlhs.org) after placing your order.

It’s GivingTuesday! Make Twice the Impact Today!

Good morning KML Friend,

On this GivingTuesday, we’re sharing stories with you of the impact Christ makes through you. This is what Luke had to say about your KML …

“KML has taught me no matter what performance or whatever game you’re going to or performing or whatever academics you’re going in to, God is by your side, and he’s in control no matter what the case may be.”

~ Luke Staude

Your GivingTuesday gift today means students like Luke can hear God’s Word every day and develop their own branches and fruits of faith.

Paired with the $30,000 GivingTuesday challenge grant provided by generous friends of KML, your donation today has twice the impact!

Thank you for your gift to help meet the challenge grant today and share the Word of God with more students.

Special thanks to many friends of KML for leading the way with their support today

We hope you will share this mission with friends and family so they can share their roots of faith for generations.
