Easter Blessings

Dear KML Family,

As we approach Easter, I am reminded of the hope and renewal that this season represents. Despite the challenges and uncertainties we may face, Easter reminds us of the unchanging love and faithfulness of our God.

Life can be full of unexpected twists and turns. However, in the midst of this unpredictability, we find reassurance in the steadfastness of our God. His love is unwavering, his grace is abundant, and his promises are always fulfilled.

As we prepare to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord, may we be filled with a renewed sense of joy and gratitude for all that he has done for us. Let us reflect his love and grace in all that we do, shining brightly as beacons of hope and light in a world that often feels dark and uncertain.

May we be reminded of the true meaning of Easter and the incredible love God has for each and every one of us.

God bless,

President Luehring

Mr. Derek Rabbers has declined the call he received to teach science at Northland Lutheran High School in Kronenwetter, WI, and will remain as a science instructor at KML.

We thank God for leading Mr. Amundson and Mr. Rabbers to continue their service at KML and pray that he would soon lead faithful workers to fill the vacancies at our sister WELS high schools. Host an International Student in 2024-2025

KML is seeking families to host international students for the 2024-2025 school year. The number of host families that we have available determines the number of international student applications we will be able to accept. Host families receive a stipend of $800/month to provide housing, meals, and transportation from early to mid-August through the end of May.

KML’s international students are required to have a high level of English fluency, but may not be used to speaking English all the time. Many of them also experience American culture for the first time when they come to KML, and our foods and customs take time to get used to. Host families need to be patient, understanding, and open-minded about the addition of an international student to their family.

Applications for hosting for the 2024-2025 school year need to be submitted by April 25, 2024. If you are interested in serving as a host family, please visit for more information.
