Welcome, New Staff!

Join us in welcoming new staff members to the KML family!

Mrs. Jennifer Agenten joins KML in the Learning Center. She enjoys cooking, playing games, and spending time with her family. Mrs. Agenten and her husband, Jonathan, attend church at Peace in Hartford with their four children: Jack (KML class of ’26), Charlie (12), Eloise (9), and Lillian (7).

Miss Jessica Martinez, school therapist, also joins the KML staff this year. She attends church at St. Philip’s in Milwaukee. Miss Martinez’s hobbies include travelling internationally and domestically with her family (pictured here in purple with her mom and sister in Greece), going to various concerts, and attending a variety of sporting events.

Mrs. Debbie Ninmann (Egelseer, KML class of ’84) is back on campus as one of the new members of our Learning Center team. She recently retired from LKQ/Smart Parts and currently serves as the as the president of the Lutheran Women’s Missionary Society‘s Dodge-Washington Circuit as well as the financial manager at Bethany Lutheran Church in Hustisford where she and her family attend. Mrs. Ninmann and her husband, Brian, have two children: Joshua (adult) and Nathan (KML class of ’23). Mrs. Ninmann’s hobbies include reading, baking, and short vacations to old and new places.

 


 

Retirements Announced

Mrs. Wilcox

Mrs. Linda Hering (Foods and Sewing Instructor) and Mrs. Dawn Wilcox (Main Office Secretary) have both announced their retirement at the end of the 2022-23 school year. This school year marks Mrs. Hering’s 24th at KML and Mrs. Wilcox’s 21st. We wish them God’s blessings during their final year at KML and in their retirement.

 


 

Clay Shoot & Wine Event

The KML Foundation is hosting their annual Clay Shoot & Wine Event on Saturday, September 17, at the Mayville Gun Club which is a new and exciting venue for us! This growing event is fun for everyone, whether an expert hunter or simply a novice. The Wine Event is an opportunity to learn about, and sample, some wines, paint a glass, and enjoy some great fellowship. Go to www.kmlhs.org/clayshoot22 to register, sponsor, or donate. All proceeds go to the KML Sportsman Fund which supports student assistance.

 


 

Ultimate Alumni Tailgate Party

KML alumni and their families are invited to join us at KML for the Ultimate Alumni Tailgate Party on Friday, September 23, from 6:00-8:00 PM. Kids’ bounce house, face painting, free food, alumni swag, and more! Register at kmlhs.org/alumnihoco2022 by September 15. Registrations are required to ensure adequate food and fun!

 


 

Trunk or Treat at KML

Join us at KML on Sunday, October 16, from 3:30-5:30 PM for Trunk or Treat! Face painting, food for sale, candy, and more!

KML Federation members are invited to host a trunk for this event. Register to host a trunk at kmlhs.org/hostatrunk by September 9.

Register to bring your children to trunk or treat at kmlhs.org/trunkortreat by October 7.

 


 

Save the Date!

The Charger Club invites you to join us at KML for Trivia Night on Saturday, October 8, at 7:00 PM. Please mark your calendar and save the date, organize your student/parent teams (5-10 players encouraged), and look for more information soon about registering! KML Culver’s Days in Jackson

The first Wednesday of every month during the school year is KML Culver’s Day at Culver’s in Jackson. SIX student names will be drawn from the class with the highest sales! Winners will receive either a value meal basket, a cheese curd basket, or a concrete mixer. All of this is in addition to 10% of all sales going toward KML’s Let’s Grow Together campaign.

Wednesday, September 7, is our first KML Culver’s Day of the school year in Jackson. Be sure to bring a coupon so you can record the class and student you would like to win. You may print one from our website (kmlhs.org/culvers) or ask for one at Culver’s. Thank you for supporting your high school.
