Virtual Grandparents’ Days
October 15 – November 1, 2020

This year’s Grandparents’ Days were a little different but just as fun!

In past years, we honored you, our KML grandparents, with a special gift when you joined your grandchildren and us at school. This year, we invited you to show your love to your current KML grandchildren in different ways.

As part of our Virtual Grandparents’ Days this year, grandparents were invited to register each of their current KML grandchildren for a chance to win one of ten $25 gift certificates for KML SCRIP. Congrats to our randomly chosen winners, and thank you, grandparents, for participating!

Virtual Grandparents’ Days $25 KML SCRIP Gift Certificate Winners:

  1. Charles Birrittieri
  2. Ellison Collyard
  3. Hans Kriese
  4. Grant Kruse
  5. Kylie Przybyla
  6. Jacob Rennicke
  7. Angela Rose
  8. Nicole Scheuemann
  9. Anna Wedward
  10. Simeon Zarling

Additionally, grandparents also had the opportunity to share some wisdom or advice. This advice will be shared on a mural poster at KML for your grandchildren and all current students to read.

A relative or special friend was invited to participate if a student’s grandparents were unable to do so.

Thank you for joining us during this unique year in celebrating the special bond between grandparents and grandchildren!

Grandparents are special gifts from God and play an increasingly important role in guiding young people.
