From the President’s Pen
Dear KML Family,
At times God provides us with simple visual reminders of his love and grace. All we have to do is look outside on a cold Wisconsin winter day. God tells us in Isaiah 1:18, “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool.” (NIV) Though winter weather isn’t always everyone’s favorite, it can remind us of the forgiveness we have in Christ. This is the same forgiveness we can freely offer others as we strive to live lives of service to God and bring him glory. It’s truly amazing to be part of a school where we all stand on that common ground.
Early Dismissal, Friday, January 28
On Friday, January 28, KML will dismiss students at 1:17 PM. The varsity girls basketball team will be playing their game against Menomonee Falls at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee at 2:25 PM. The early release will allow enough time for our students, faculty, etc. to attend the game if they desire to do so.
Please reach out to the Main Office (email@example.com) if you have any questions.
Turnabout Dance – January 22
The KML Student Council will sponsor our Turnabout Dance on Saturday, January 22, from 8:00 – 11:00 PM. Tickets are $10.00 per person and can be purchased during lunch periods today and tomorrow, Thursday and Friday, January 20 and 21. You may pick up guest registration forms when purchasing tickets, in the Main Office, or print one from online if you plan to bring a guest from another school.
This is a formal dance. Please be sure to review our dress code in the Student Handbook prior to shopping for a dress for this event. Watch your email for additional information to be shared with students and parents in the week ahead.
