![]() May 7, 2020 From the Principal’s Pen Dear KML Family, The reality of our school year coming to an end is beginning to set in. Within our changing time and as students work diligently to complete course work, it is good to pause and thank God for our year together. We ask God to give us strength and focus as we move toward that end together. It has been a blessing to work in Christian unity to educate, encourage, and equip the young leaders God has given us to serve. God bless and be with our KML family, especially our seniors, as our time together draws to a close. God’s Blessings, Principal Luehring
Physical Exams Required Students planning to participate in athletics during the 2020-2021 school year are required to have a physical (completed WIAA Physical Form), Participation Consent Form, Parent and Athlete Concussion Agreement Form, and Trainer Authorization Form. All forms should be on file at KML no later than August 1, 2020. Forms may be mailed or dropped off in the Main Office. These forms will be included in a May mailing for incoming freshmen (Class of 2024) and for current students. If you would like the forms prior to that time, please stop in the Main Office to request them, or you may download them at http://kmlchargers.com/athletic-paperwork/. Athletes will NOT be allowed to try out or practice without the proper paperwork on file. Make your appointment for a physical as soon as possible.
Recognition Week KML believes that recognizing and celebrating our students for their God-given gifts and abilities is important. We have designed and are implementing a new virtual format which we are excited to share with our KML family. Recognition Week will be celebrated the week of May 11. Students, with a special focus on seniors, will be recognized for their God-given gifts in the areas of academics, scholarships, fine arts, athletics, and other activities and clubs. Videos will be posted at 6:00 PM each day on our YouTube page (www.kmlhs.org/videos) as well as our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/kmlhs). We hope you can join us in celebrating the many gifts God has given to our KML students!
