From the President’s Pen

Dear KML Family,

With a few weeks of the school year already behind us, we celebrate the blessings of the Christian community we enjoy at KML. We pray the beginning of this school year has been enjoyable for you and your family. I often tell others we are blessed with great students and a great culture. It is impossible to be perfect, but that only highlights the magnificence of God’s grace each day. We are thankful for our students who work to reflect the love of Christ in their lives each day.

God’s Blessings,

President  Luehring

The KML Foundation is hosting their annual Clay Shoot & Wine Event on Sunday, September 26, at The Highlands in Cascade. This growing event is fun for everyone, whether an expert hunter or simply a novice. The Wine Event is a great time to sample some wines, paint a glass, and enjoy some live music. Go to www.foundation.kmlhs.org/events to register, sponsor, or donate. All proceeds go for KML student assistance.

KML Charger Club

The KML Charger Club sponsors various events and activities at KML. It provides fun events and bolsters activity excitement, encourages fellowship of KML students and families, and raises funds for our high school. Many volunteers are needed to make these activities and events successful. Please support KML by volunteering to help! Parents are encouraged to attend the Charger Club meetings held on the third Monday of each month. Charger Club will sponsor the upcoming Trivia Night on Saturday, October 9, at 6:30 PM. If you are interested in attending meetings, learning more about Charger Club, or would like to help host events during the year, please contact the Charger Club Chair, Kay Wagner (charger.club@kmlhs.org).
