Peace Lutheran in Hartford will be hosting the 41st Annual WELS Regional Handbell Festival. Handbell choirs from WI, IL, and MI will present the concert in the Peace Lutheran School gym on Sunday, April 24, at 2:00 PM. Everyone is invited! Peace Lutheran School is located at 1025 Peace Lutheran Drive in Hartford.
